Here's the deal. I haven't posted any "news" for a while since there has been too much to post! So quick and easy, here's what's up!: 1. The first HEAVEN FORBID graphic novel is available in print! One of the easiest ways to get it is from it's page on AMAZON.COM where they have it at the lower price of 8 bucks!

2. LAMP POST is my new publisher and after they picked up Heaven Forbid, I suggested some other books to them and in so doing, I have became their Editor of Graphic Novels! So I'm pretty excited about that. We've actually got a good amount of great books which will be coming out later this year and in 2011. check out LampPostPubs.com

3. As a part of Lamp Post, we're putting out a brand new anthology called TONED! Check out TonedComics.com for information on that. It has many of the comics that I referred to Lamp Post and more- so I'm really excited about this one, too. This is actually a much grander version of something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time.

4. Not to be done with all of this, I have another side project comic. It is an interpretation of one of my all time favorite books, the Pilgrim's Progress, by John Bunyan, which I'm calling, The Pilgrim's Process! And not only that, I'm busting out the crayons on this one! It is, to the best of my knowledge, the first graphic novel produced entirely in crayons and then embellished digitally. People have asked me if I have comics in the style of the crayon sketches I do at conventions and now I do! For more, Click Here!

5. All of these books will be available at San Diego Comic Con, this week! I'll be running some crazy deals and will be sketching away! If you're going out to the show, make sure to come by and say “hi.” I'll be at the Christian Comic Arts Society, small press booth N06.

6. and the only somewhat sad news is that if you didn't know, I just moved from San Antonio (my home for the past decade!) to Denver, Co. So that means that I will not be able to see people at Texas conventions as much. I'm sure I'll be out to some, but definitely not with the regularity I have had. Nevertheless, I'm really excited about the new opportunities (such as the awesome folks at Mile High Comics). So overall this is a great thing, too, but I will still miss Texas.

Wow! That is a lot going on! Anyway, I hope to hear from some of you and/or see you in San Diego or somewhere.

CONVENTION, SIGNINGS (and other...) UPDATES:

Heaven Forbid Vol 1: Not Getting Religion is about to be out! Available soon on iTunes, for the iPad and iPhone and iWhatnots- as well as Amazon, Barnes and Nobles, etc. and from my new publisher LAMP POST! So that will be pretty awesome!

WONDERCON and COMICPALOOZA were AWESOME! Thanks to everybody who came out and bought stuff and chatted and whatnot. I know alot of you signed up for my mailing list and i'll be getting some e-mails out, soon. Also, e-mail with the link up top at dan@crazygoodcomics.com to get added to the list. i try to send out an e-mail once a month, but i'll admit its been a few months now. i definitely do not spam!

HEAVEN FORBID JUST HIT UP STRIP #130! How about that, gangstars? This is the longest sequential series I've done on my own so far! I've also added the new convenient ARCHIVE LINKS with which you can go directly to the beginning of different story lines! It's right below the comics themselves! I could have a fancier site, but my purpose here is to get you comics in a basic non confusing way- and so far, i haven't even needed adds to clutter it up! Let's keep it that way!

Did you know that I'm going to online seminary right now, too? I am! Check out the image above for a neat sketch on salvation (soteriology), in connection to the course! Share it with your friends, too! I'm also working on a project that will be mixing narrative and soteriology. Not sure exaclty what the end project will be- but I'm sure I'll have something to show for it here!

Geek Tragedy- an awesome Podcast site who interviewed me last year at APE- i'll have a link when that's available! I know a couple other people have done spoken or video'd interviews- ifyou have a link- let me know!

everything here is copyright dan conner don't use it anywhere except for promotion or review, but feel free to pass it on to friends blah blah blah as if you'd actually do that, anyway!
